Manchester United could line up with FOUR new arrivals against Arsenal - but one of them won’t be Sofyan Amrabat.

The Morocco international made the 11th hour switch to Old Trafford on loan from Fiorentina as Erik ten Hag finally got his top midfield target over the line. It was the Red Devils’ fourth and final signing of Deadline Day, although Amrabat will not feature on Sunday as he was not signed in time to be registered this weekend.

United’s three other Deadline Day signings could feature and travelled with the rest of the United squad down to London on Saturday afternoon. Sergio Reguilon, Jonny Evans and Altay Bayindir are all part of the group that have made their way south to face Mikel Arteta’s men.

Reguilon arrived on a season-long deal from Tottenham following Luke Shaw’s latest injury setback, while Evans was handed a short-term deal after impressing in training. Goalkeeper Bayindir also completed his permanent move from Fenerbahce for a fee in the region of £4.3million.

There could be a fourth new face playing for United on Sunday, too, after Rasmus Hojlund was pictured with the squad. The 20-year-old has not made an appearance since his big-money move from Atalanta last month, but is now fit and available after recovering from injury.

Ten Hag hinted on Friday that he may through Hojlund straight into the starting XI to face the Gunners.

“We had a good training week and on Saturday we have the final training,” said Ten Hag. “He’s doing well so he will be available.

“I think he’s ready to start. For every player there is a big spotlight. At Manchester United you have to perform, in every position, for every player.”

The Dutchman also spoke about Reguilon, who trained with United on Friday morning and is expected to start at left-back against the Gunners.

“He is here, he trained, yes,” Ten Hag added. “To play on Sunday? Potentially, yes. He is a very experienced player, he’s played for big clubs, played a lot of games in La Liga and the Premier League.

“So he has a very good background and can play very intense football, so we are happy. We had a problem withLuke Shawinjured and Tyrell Malacia injured, so we covered it very well in an emergency situation.

“I think we’ve done good business, we constructed a strong squad and we’re ready for the fight.”

United go into Sunday’s clash at Arsenal having won two of their opening three Premier League matches. Ten Hag’s men secured victories over Wolves and Nottingham Forest, either side of a defeat at Tottenham.
