GMB: John Fury shouts ‘shut up’ after KSI message to Tommy

Arsenal fan KSI claimed he is still better than Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana despite slipping up in Saturday’s Sidemen charity football match.

The YouTuber opted to play in goal during the match as he was keen to avoid any risk of injury before his upcoming fight with Tommy Fury. There were highs and lows, with a penalty save overshadowed for some by an own goal, when he inadvertently rolled over his own goal-line with the ball in his hands.

It didn’t matter in the end, with Sidemen coming out on top. And after the game he couldn’t resist a dig at Man Utd’s new number one.

After the game, SportBible asked KSI if he was on the same level as Onana. “On his current form, with his flappy hands, yes,” was the reply.

“Thank you Onana for letting in that Rice beauty,” he added. The comment was in relation to Declan Rice’s stoppage-time effort for Arsenal against United in the teams’ recent Premier League clash, with Onana beaten at his near post after the Arsenal midfielder’s effort took a deflection.

That win for Arsenal saw them climb four points clear of United in the Premier League table going into the international break. The Gunners remain unbeaten, with 10 points from their first four outings.

Onana, who joined United from Inter over the summer, is preparing for Cameroon’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Burundi on Tuesday. The former Ajax keeper stepped away from international football after a falling out with manager Rigobert Song at the World Cup, but has since returned to the fold.

“In recent months, I have been confronted with trials marked by injustice and manipulation,” the keeper said in a written statement announcing his return. “Yet my unshakeable love and attachment to my homeland, Cameroon, remain intact. My desire to represent my country has never wavered since my youth, and this aspiration remains an inseparable part of my identity.

“Nothing and no one can shake this conviction. I answer my nation’s call with unshakeable certainty, aware that my return is not only to honour my dream, but also to respond to the expectations and support of Cameroonians, who deserve a national team determined to shine.
